Free shipping within the United States via FedEx.  We do not ship to PO Boxes. For international orders, please contact us directly at order@bocojewelry.com.

REFUNDS, RETURN & EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. However, in certain cases, if you decide your piece is not right for you, please contact us directly at order@bocojewelry.com to discuss your order for a possible exchange. Please include your original order number and contact information (name, email, phone number). You must contact us within 10 (ten) days of delivery. 

In the event of an exchange, item(s) must be returned unworn, in original packaging, and shipped within 5 (five) days of receiving the RMA (return authorization code), NO EXCEPTIONS. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges including handling fees and any insurance costs. Any fees for the original order (e.g. rush order fee, overnight shipping fee) will not be refunded. We will NOT authorize any returns or exchanges for any made-to-order, personalized, or custom items, i.e. any item that included custom requirements, initials and/or numbers, engraved items, or name necklaces/pendants.
